Questborne Studios is the brainchild of Blake Barbosa Gama, who founded the studio during the final semester of his Interactive Entertainment graduate program with the hope of creating a studio that values its members' unique strengths, and had a focus on story-driven games that would touch their audience and leave them with lasting memories.

Why Questborne? Because an adventure always starts with a single quest that keeps unfolding into others as the story progresses — and we want to bring this same feeling of excitement, discovery, and possibility that you feel when first beginning an adventure.
We are driven by the belief that games — whether TTRPGs, video games, or board games — can create unforgettable moments, meaningful emotional experiences, and deep connections with players. We are an inclusive studio that values creativity, innovation, and community as central to everything we do.

Our approach focuses on narrative-driven experiences, with a strong emphasis on emotional stakes, player agency, and layered worldbuilding. We strive to build inclusive and welcoming spaces through both our game content and our community, resonating with players who seek stories and experiences that feel relevant, touching, and deeply human.

We create games using different media and formats. Our first project is a TTRPG called Brass & Embers.
